Vehicle Shopping & Purchase Negotiations 

We Generally work through the process with you to find the RIGHT car for YOU,

Our Car Shopping Method & Process involves:

 

  1. Identify Customers Needs,

  2. Rank Potential Vehicles and Size factor required,

  3. Identify types of vehicle that could be potential problem vehicles,

  4. Identify vehicles that have technology that is not preferred 

  5. Identify Age Range & Years of vehicles that these ideal characteristics fall into.

  6. CARJAM and Identify Chassis and Motor information to help customer identify that data, to choose which vehicles to test drive.

Help customer to narrow down search field.​

Pre-Purchase Inspections 

  1. Pre-Purchase Inspection(s) – ON Site at WCFL Workshop.  (Pricing of these start from $125.00)

  2. Answer any Technical and Automotive questions customer may have, over multiple phonecalls & Emails as required

  3. Convey knowledge about vehicles and services, the industry, and our market, including:

Vehicle selection, performance, accessories, efficiencies, safety features and functions, and financing options for both new and used vehicle.

  1. Convey Knowledge about Mechanical Warranty Options, and Help select the correct package, price and Excess, to help with the aftersales experience.

Mechanical Warranty Claims &
MTA Approved Servicing 

  1. The Servicing of your vehicle must be carried out by a suitably qualified Service Centre - WCFL is Approved to help you with these requirements and tick all the boxes.

  2. As part of the service a checklist of items is necessary: these must be checked, replaced or attended to, if applicable, necessary or specified by your vehicles manufacturer.

  3. This means that when a Mechanical Breakdown occurs, and you are needing to make a claim on your policy, we have all the service records. This is an integral part to your Mechanical Repair and the Warranty Process. 

Motor Vehicle Assessment & Independent Insurance Claim Consulting 

After the unfortunate experience of a motor vehicle collision, an accident or a series of unfortunate events - Sometimes you need a "Phone-A-Friend" to help answer your car questions !?? 

This is where a friendly voice, can help talk you through the Mechanical and Insurance Requirements, to best get you back on the road, and help you feel comfortable driving your car again, (Or help you make those phone calls and then replace your car if necessary). 

We at WCFL have become proficient in helping to independently assess what you need and advise - so that you get the best motoring outcome on the day.
